    David has a background in Engineering and Quality Assurance AMIQA, skilled in auditing, procedures and processes to ISO 9000 and Total Quality Management. David (Pictured here) worked for 10 years in the Infection control arena, with NHS, GP’s and Dental Practices and Infection Control Nurses, optimising processes, designing and testing for efficacy, in the killing Microorganisms, specifically with Saturated Steam.

    David is now a Director and Secretary of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA). The mission of the NCCA is the establishment and maintenance of professional standards within the carpet, upholstery, soft furnishing and hard floor industry.
